This means you’ll be exposed to many aspects of the business, including training that will be made available to you and your staff. You will be acquainted with the operational know-how, marketing techniques and tools you’ll need for maximum operating efficiency.
SITE SELECTION
TechVoo may assist qualified franchisees in negotiating their own lease or in advising them about purchasing their own real estate and building. When the building and site are complete, we help you set up the physical operation, laying out the facility from an equipment and inventory standpoint.
TRAINING
During your initial training with TechVoo you will learn how to operate a TechVoo storefront. Your training will include both academic and actual “hands-on” instruction. Topics include: storefront administration, employee recruitment, technical diagnostics and troubleshooting, repair procedures, sales techniques, inventory control, financial management, and the elements of maintaining successful customer relations.
