Meet the team

It all started with a calculator. As soon as I created my first program on a TI-81, I was locked into technology forever. After studying Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, I worked in Silicon Valley for a few years. My heart was in utilizing technology for business use, so in 2007 TechVoo® came to life! Today the mission my team and I are on is to help you get the most out of technology with an unparalleled experience.

OPERATIONS

Graduated Western Illinois University with a degree in Law enforcement and Behavioral Psychology. Growing up, I have always been fascinated with electronics and would disassemble and reassemble components with my uncle. With 14+ years in the IT industry I have been able to experience the growth of the industry. I most enjoy working with network infrastructure and cabling. I've been with TechVoo since 2011, when the Elmhurst location was established, and have grown into the role of Operations Manager to provide you and your company full IT support needs.

I was the kid that took apart the vacuum and VCR, tinkerer at heart. My curiosity led to a lot of exposure to computer hardware and software as I always had to know how things worked and why. During my time in the Marine Corps, I was known as “the computer guy” in spite of being in Crash Crew. After finishing my time in the Corps, TechVoo® provided me with an opportunity to learn and grow into so much more than the “computer guy”. I take pride in being able to take ownership of a customer situation, easing their burden, and guiding them to resolution or through the execution of a project.

SOLUTIONS

I am a lifelong learner and adopter of technology. I graduated in 2019 from Loyola University where I studied Information Technology. As a technician at TechVoo®, I get to apply and expand my knowledge on new and ever-changing technological challenges. It is my passion to solve our clients' challenges by offering expert solutions and recommendations.

Growing up, I was not a tech-savvy person. I remember asking relatives for help creating my first email account and downloading music to an MP3. When I got my first high-end smartphone, everything changed. I wanted to know everything about mobile operating systems and hardware, and a new world opened. I enjoy helping others leverage technology as I have witnessed how staying informed on the latest technological advancements can make all the difference.
